My Decadent German Chocolate Cake With Dutch Chocolate Ganache

So here is the cake that I've been aching to bake. It was very rich and very delicious! German Chocolate Cake with a Dutch Chocolate Ganache. The filling was made by carmalizing Sweetened Condensed Milk and adding toasted pecans and toasted coconut. I will definitely be making this one again!

So I stumbled on your blog from you facebook and I really glad that I did. It is so fun to find others that I know that have a blog. It makes it easier to keep up on the updates!!

They cake looks great!! I have been wanting to take those Wilton cake classes. Where did you go to take it?

I have always felt like I could do really well with cake decorating, but I lack the knowledge on how to do a lot of stuff. So I will have to go.

Thanks for sharing!!

All your cakes look so wonderful. One of my goals one day is to take some cake decorating classes. I just might have to do it now since I have seen all your cakes. By the way we had our pictures taken at Target.
