A beautiful castle for a beautiful little princess. Both the 10 inch and 6 inch layers were made with a strawberry cake, because Ashley's favorite color is pink. The filling was a strawberry mousse, and it was topped with buttercream frosting. It was quite delicious!
OK, I just read your blog and those are some amazing cakes!! I would have a hard time eating them. My cake experience is pretty much, bake it in a pan, smear some frosting on it, and hunt throught the kids' toyboxes for some toppers. I probably shouldn't show them your blog or they'll be asking me to make cakes like that.
